Medip Academy deposits the articles that it publishes in multiple digital archives around the world to guarantee long-term digital preservation. Medip Academy allows free access (Open Access) to its published articles and permits authors to self-archive final accepted version of the articles on any OAI-compliant institutional/subject-based repository.

The entire contents of the journals published by Medip Academy are protected under Indian and international copyrights. The publisher, however, grants to all users a free, irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual right of access to, and a license to copy, use, distribute, perform and display the work publicly and to make and distribute derivative works in any digital medium for any reasonable non-commercial purpose, subject to proper attribution of authorship and ownership of the rights. The publisher also grants the right to make small numbers of printed copies for their personal non-commercial use under Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) License.
